More details to this question:
Two grown children (30's) no longer live here. Student loan company continues phones calls to us (5-10 times daily) even though I have explained they do not live here. I have even given them phone # for son. I have been told about 5 times I would be put on the do not call list, but phone calls continue.

It is improper and illegal to contact you.  They are permitted to call once to obtain information.  After that, they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Floirda Consumer Collection  Practices Act. You should be able to sue them and get them to stop calling and, in addiion, recover up to $1,000.   Lawyers like myself who specialize in this area should represent you at no cost to you.   www.ConsumerRightsOrlando.com
