QUESTION

Court order dissolving writ of garnishment

Asked on Oct 09th, 2013 on Debtor and Creditor - Florida
More details to this question:
I have two credit card judgements against me. The first one the Plaintiff froze my bank account in Dec 2012. I went to court on the claim of exemption and the judge granted me the dissolution of writ of garnishment Jan 2013. It is filed in Public record in Broward County clerk of courts. Now the Plaintiff froze my bank account again Oct 9 2013. Can they do it again for each judgement? Do I have to file another exemption and request for hearing?
