Have a law suit from debit over the amount owe on a credit card. Did not recieve credit card bill for two years and have requested copies of statement but there has been no copies of statement sent to us. We have a court date of Jan 16 2020. We would like to know what the correct amount is.

Keep asking creditor to provide copy of bills. When you go to court, tell the judge that the creditor would not provide you with a copy of the bills and the judge will order them to provide you with a copy. Get the case continued in order for you to have time to review the bills.
