Credit card debt

More details to this question:
I worked all my life, and was hurt on the job....I finally got awarded SSD. I don't have the resources now to pay on the credit cards as I once did. My question is: when I die..can they go after my son for my debt?

If your son cosigned on the application for the credit cards, then they go after him. If he did not co-sign, then they can not.
