I have been contacted by a collection agency for dental work performed on my children. The date of service was 3/20/1993. I have claimed bankruptcy in 2008, and all debt I was aware of was included. My question is can this agency continue to demand payment on a "debt" that is over 20 years old?

No. The statute of limitations has long expired on this claim. Even if a judgment was entered it is expired. Ignore it.
