More details to this question:
Received a toll from New Jersey toll booth easy pass stating that the tag they read was mine which the tag they read was has been turned in 14 years ago they then put the I sent them from proper information then they sent me send it to collections and now they're saying I owe $151 what do I need to do to correct this

Pay the fine as every other option will cost far more and may have worse results.
