I got a letter from the department of labor and workforce that i was to pay in full or a distress warrant would be issued on my over payment of unemployment benefits. they have been taking all of income taxes each year, and have not been in contact since. i am lost on what to do because i do not have that much money to pay them in full.

You need to contact them to see if a payment plan can be worked out.
