i was the losing party during the summary judgment hearing with a judge. I filed a motion to vacate the judgment but under florida law this was improper service. t

By the contents of your post it it clear you have little idea what you are doing in a litigation case. Sounds like your self lawyer has aleady cost you the case and you seriously need to retain a lawyer to if the cause can be rescued.
