domesticate foreign judgment to collect

I have a judgment in Tennessee. I need to file a domesticate foreign judgment to collect wages against my ex husband in KS. I have been to court twice and have all the paperwork of the judgement in favor of me. He owes me money from his debt and there has also been a warrant (part of the judgment by the judge) out for his arrest since he has not attempted to pay. I am still paying his debt even after our divorce was finalized on January 4, 2018 What do I need to do? He is living in Cimarron KS with his new girlfriend and is also a police officer there. Could you please point me in the right direction of the next steps. I'm a school teacher and am working to pay his debt that he signed to leave me harmless of it. Please help. cell:731-609-8697
