Favorable judgement, unfavorable payment options

More details to this question:
Won a judgement however debtor claims no $, accounts, assets after cashing check for thousands of dollars ( repeatly ) so seems like no recourse to receive any monies. Can a lien be placed on the item sold to the company until the judgement satisfied ?

More information is needed to be able to be helpful. What is the item you want to put a lien on? Generally, if you have a final Judgment, you can lien or actually take, most things of value that a Debtor has. What are the repeated checks for thousands of dollars the debtor gets? Are they continuing?
