Asked on Apr 30th, 2017 on Collections - Florida
More details to this question:
Hello there. My father took out 3 credit lines in my name. I, very stupidly, allowed him to do this. He has since defaulted on all . Am I able to sue him or tell the collections agencies that these are fraudulent accounts?

They are NOT fraudulent accounts unless you want to confess to a consipiracy to bank fraud with your father. You made a poor choice, your father screwed you and now you have the respoinsibility of paying off the debt. You can sue your father if you like, but he probably has no money since he was using your accounts.
