Im being called and threatened by Hyundai for an ex boyfriends car he didnt pay for . He got it repossessed and hes avoiding them. this goes back to 2012. I am no longer invovled nor friends with him but they all me and tell me i could go to jail unless i get a taped convo with him about it. i feel this is illegal

Did you sign the Note? If your name isn't on it, then you don't owe the money. Tell them to leave you alone or you will sue them under the Federal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act!
