This Proceeding issued on you Docket No: - CM/L-7377890 with one of ADVANCEAMERICA INC. Company in order to notify you that after making calls to you on your phone number we were not able to get hold of you so the accounts department of “THE SEMRAD LAW FIRM” has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press legal charges against you.

Sounds like a scam. Do not pay. Run your credit report. A real judgment will be there. The number does not look like a NY case number.

No, that is NOT a statement of a lawsuit, but sounds more like a demand letter. A lawsuit will be commenced upon the issuance and subsequent service of a SUMMONS & COMPLAINT.
