More details to this question:
Hi. I opened a credit card for my friend about a year ago and he charged on that card over $45,000. He decided not to pay the bill and leave me on collections. Is there any legal actions that I can take against my friend to pay the bill? Thank you.

Sue him! Credit card charges that he ran up and can be proved were at his order are a valid claim in a cause of action.
