More details to this question:
I made the payment late within 85 days didn't include late fees. Then April payment was due made that payment within the 30 with all the late fees. I was sent lien on my house that state I owe my fee plus all extras for attrorney fee for total of $692.62. I have already paid the fees upto date and April was not 90 days past due only late fees. What do I do now?

You should contact your HOA and make sure they file satisfaction of lien.
