how can i collect on a judgement

More details to this question:
i sued a tenant and won the judgement . she counter sued and i won that judgement too. i was supposed to collect around 15,000 dollars but she declared bankruptcy. this all happened between 2002 and 2005. i have learned through a search on google that she has opened her own company (llc) last year. is there any chance that i can collect on this ????

Your ability to collect depends initially on the status of the Bankruptcy filing.  If the debt was discharged, then you can no longer collect. If the filing was dismissed, then you may.
