QUESTION

How can I get a hold removed from my checking account as quickly as possible?

More details to this question:
I received an email from Chase Bank yesterday that my checking account was on hold and I could not access any money from it, due to an ISRN they had received in relation to an alleged credit card debt ( the hold is for $13,000 for a debt of $6500) from a Capital One credit card issued in 2006. A judgment (which I never saw or had any knowledge of) was entered on 4/2/09. The hold was initiated by Selip & Stylianou, a debt collector.

You need to make a motion in the court that entered the judgment.  Depending on the court, I charge $800 for such a motion.
