Personal loan made in the amount of $2100.00 on 1/19/2010 - plus 2 bad checks cashed totalling 545.00. Periodic payments made between 3/20/22010 and 12/02/2012 leaving a balance of 1440.00. Interest added beginning 6/1/2013. Current account balance - $1574.21. (I am disabled so small claims court is, at the very least, difficult. However, I will find a way, if necessary.)

Small claims court is the quickest and least expensive way to resolve this.
