How do I collect a judgment against my ex-husband.

More details to this question:
I was supposed to be paid when he sold the home we owned together but he let it go into foreclosure. I have a lien on the home for what he owes me. What happens to the lien now that it is bank owned?

The lien would have gone away if the bank's lien was senior to it. The collection of the claim may depend upon how the judgement and decree are written.  If you want someone to look at the judgment and decree and advise you on your options, we'd do it at no expense to you.
