QUESTION

How Do I prove wrongful actions from debtor

Asked on Oct 04th, 2017 on Collections - New York
More details to this question:
I was just Served with Erie County Sheriff's office about a judgement that is dated back from 2002. I was never served with this judgement back then. The address it was originally sent to was a PO Box that was handling mail for me while I was away visiting relatives out of town. I looked through all of my credit reports and there is nothing stated there about a judgement,

You need to make a motoin to vacate the judgment in the court that issued it.  It is valid until 2022 if made in 2002.  It would be too old for the credit report, but not for the court.
