More details to this question:
Weare recovering from financial hardship caused by job loss and family emergencies. We are trying to payoff our debt and rebuild our credit score. We cannot get a decent loan to consolidate things. our last family crisis require a $2000 payday loan. I stup payments. All payday loan places have automatic with drawl to repay. I $750.00 intial payment. The next 2 week payment was not taken out of my check. The paycheck after that $3,979 was taken out of my checking. This bounced my rent check and other payments. $1,954 was returned. They want that and $25.00 more. I am $563 in the red because of this plus my rent check that bounced and $245 in overdraft fees. For a simple mistake this is insane. My family and I are devastated. Can you help?

You should consult with the Legal Aid service provider in your area or consult with an attorney to review your legal rights.  Candidly your rights will likely be largely determined by the Agreement which you signed.  Therefore it is always cheaper to consult with an attorney to keep you out of trouble than to get you out of trouble.
