QUESTION

How would I know?

Asked on Aug 03rd, 2016 on Collections - New York
More details to this question:
How would I know if the collectors are monitoring my bank account and intending to take out money that might be deposited there in the future? How would I know if there are any judgements? I only see chargoffs on my credit report, not Judgements, but the chargeoffs showed up a month ago after I was receiving only collection calls for 4 years.

First, collectors are monitoring your credit, which includes your bank account.  Second, judgments are generally on your report in the public record section.  If nothing is there, you likely have none.  However, if you want to be double sure, call the court clerk in your county, and ask them to look at the judgment roll and see if you are on it.
