More details to this question:
I spoke with a rep at CCTA and they verified that they would accept whatever United would pay and I wouldn't have to pay anything. The reps name was Steven at Cancer Treatment Center of America. Along with breast cancer this has caused me so much stress and now I can't even sell my condo which is paid for. What should I do. Please help!!!

You need to hire a lawyer to review this as it sounds like a judgment and if your condo is homesteaded you may need to file bankruptcy.
