i have a promisory note $575,000 but it''s not notarized.is there any problem if she denied the claim or how that affect?

my attorney prepare the promisory note and the borrower signed the note.but not notarized.how will that affect if she denied?

Notes are not notarized generally. I do not see a problem. However you do need the original note to make a legal suit go easily.
