More details to this question:
I was charge off 2010 with my account from a credit card now I am being sued by the collections company.I answer the summons with a declaration of defendant regarding income and assets exempt from garnishment. Now they have filed Notice of confidential information within court filing and a motion for summary judgment. Not sure what this means? If I need to respond? Also if they win the judgement can my wages be garnished? I recently have lost my full time employment and have little income..

The contents of your questions tell me you have no clue about what is actually happening in your case, whcih is VERY VERY dangerous. You will need to hire an attorney, likely at your expense, immediately to make sure you dont get taken advantage of. You may need to borrow the money from others if necessary. You can schedule a FREE in office appointment at 1-800-922-6442 if you like.
