On Feb 3 2023 I was in a car wreck car was not totally no one was hurt I got insurance check and send It off to be sighed by lien holder on March 29 reason it a gap because my insurance took forever to send check anyways they refuse to sigh because I am 2weeks behind in payment what can I do is this legal

If the accident was not your fault, then you should retain counsel here in the State of Florida to represent you on contingency fee whoch means you pay nothing unless you win.
