More details to this question:
I am paying a debt via a lawyer. I was recently able to settle the debt with the "owner of the debt". I was told that the lawyer will handle the agreed upon settlement. The lawyer in question will not call or answer my calls. It has been weeks and I am concerned that something is wrong.
