Hello, I have lent 13.5K to my friends almost for 3 years ago and they never paid back and don’t want to do that. I have transferred the money directly to their banking accounts so I can prove it but the thing is we never signed any agreements. Is any chance I may sue them and get my money back?

There is always a chance - but it will be costly and diffuclt unless they concede they borrowed money from you.
