loan and bank account

More details to this question:
I had 2 pnc checking accounts and I closed one and someone tried to process a check after it was closed and pnc reopened my account and started charging me bounce check fees but dis not pay the check and everytime I put money in my other account they take everything I have in my account to pay the fees. Are they allowed ro reopen an account and do any if this to me

Depends on the terms of your account agreement, but likely yes, just like your not supposed to write checks on closed accounts or leave the account empty with outstanding checks.
