Looking for collection attorney in Sarasota FL area for Post Judgment

Asked on Jan 11th, 2015 on Collections - Florida
More details to this question:
I won small claim total amount of $5,350+ 6% annual interest in 2011. The defendant provided his SSN#, bank account etc. as Judge ordered to him. SInce then he has changed his vehicle a few times, bank account, so the information has changed quickly after the court. He works several internet jobs (it is on his Linkin profile) and seems car repair or something. He stated his business on sunbiz website before, but he took it down after the court. His real property is in foreclosure since 2008 and sales schedule is in March 2015. He still lives the place with his child and seems hiding his assets. I have sent formal demand letters several times with certified mail to his correct address, however, I never received any respond. Actual debt made in 2008. I need to collect this judgment and want to get done this matter. I researched collection attorney who does collection contingent fees bases in Sarasota FL area. But have not found this area.

You will not likely find anyone interested in a "one off" case against a judgment proof debtor on a contingent fee. This is one of the clearest reasons I dissuade people from pro-se small claims litigation as more often than not you spend dollars chasing dimes. If he is head of household, and house in foreclosure, you will likely never see the money to which your judgment entitles you. If you are intent on trying, the only practical means will be to hire a lawyer on an hourly rate to do this or possibly pay some money to an attorney to give you some pointers on strategies. BE WARY of pushing too hard on this yourself as you may well be regulated under the FCCPA if the basis for the judgment is a consumer debt and could expose yourself to a lawsuit or sanctions  if handled improperly.
