Mortgage Settlement conference

More details to this question:
I filed for bankruptcy & got discharged in August. I have a settlement conference with my mortgage company/courts to possibly re-affirm our house. Can a judge order retirement savings (401K) to pay for any back debts, etc. to the Mortgage co.?

No judge can order you to use your 401K to pay any debts . . . period!

No, noone can order you to do that.  But you are allowed to borrow for future needs if you absolutely need it.
