More details to this question:
My car was just reposesessed from the parking lot if the mall that I work at and the tow truck driver who repossessed my car told a co-worker of mine that he was reposessing my car. He also did not give me any paper work or inform me of where my car was being taken nor did he give me a number of anyone to contact. Is it legal for him to inform my co-workers that my car was being repossessed and should he have given me a card or some kinda paper work?

You should have received communication from the creditor by now. If not, that is who you should contact.
