Asked on Sep 15th, 2014 on Collections - Florida
More details to this question:
I bought a car with my dad as a cosigner. I couldn't pay for the car and they repossessed it 1 year and a half ago. Today I received a letter saying that my father was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice by the plaintiff. Should I do something about it?
