My disabled father has a title loan from a title loan company on a car that is broken down.How can we get them to come get the car?

He does not need or want the car anymore. The loan company refuses to come get the car or take us to court. Is there anything we can do? My father has major heart problems and can't handle all of this stress. Every time he tries to call and talk to them all they do is yell at him.

You can not make them come get the car or sue him. If he has major heart issues and can't handle the stress, maybe you can assist him by talking with loan company and you making payments on his behalf.
