New York Bank Levy

More details to this question:
I'm attorney in Georgia looking for New York New York counsel. Client is Georgia used car dealer. Creditor is hard money lender operating under a purported factoring arraignment with concurrent confession of judgment. Bank levy filed against Wells Fargo. I read on one post that creditor cannot get funds sooner than 27 days. Trying to confirm and retain help. Kevin@lacysnyder.com

A depositor has 20 days to claim an exemption to a restrained bank account before a levy can occur.
