HELLO, I HAVE A QUESTION. BACK IN 1996 I DEFAULTED ON MY CREDIT CARD BILL BECAUSE OF VERY HARD FINANCIAL PROBLEMS, I USED TO LIVE IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK. I LEFT THE COUNTRY FROM 1996 TO 2011. I CAME BACK IN 2011 TO FLORIDA. NOW WE ARE IN 2014 , I RECEIVED A CALL LAST WEEK FROM DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS TRYING TO COLLECT ON THE DEBT FROM 1996. CAN THEY STILL CALL ME FOR THAT DEBT?? WHAT SHOULD I DO, PLEASE HELP ME. THANKS JOHN

Possibly because your absence from the country mayhave tolled the statute of limitations and you may also have to apply the SOL from the state where the debt originated,not Florida.
