More details to this question:
I realize i have a pawnshop ticket that 4 days old. Being i was late the i went to pay them the loan in full plus twice the interest which is 1300 (interest was 300 so twice is 600 so all together I have 1600).they told me that they dont know if they still have my jewerly... the pawn agreement was for 3 months...I never received a notice or anything..from my understanding in my state New York New York City to be exact they have up to 4 months before they can forfeit my item for auction..is this true? If so what do I do if i cant get a my item back

When your ticket expires they can sell the pawned item.  There is no required additional notice.
