I HAVE A PAYDAY LOAN GUYS CALL MY JOBS AND HOUSE SAYING I OWN QUICKCASH 758.00. I EXPLAIN TO HIM I NEVER TOOK A LOAN OUT. IN ADDITION THIS LOAN IS FROM 2010-2011 HE SAY. HE WILL NOT LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY. I TRY GETTING INFORMATION BUT HE IS DETERMINE TO GET ME TO PAY THIS SO CALL LOAN. I NEED HELP CAUSE I DONT REMEMBER TAKEN A LOAN OUT FROM QUICKCASH LOANS. CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS SITUATION.

If the debt was incurred in NY it is illegal. You do not owe the money. You can hire a lawyer to deal with the harrassment if you can't bear it.
