More details to this question:
I keep getting calls from this lady at "legalone" about a payday loan I don't see I ever took out. I looked at my bank statement from that date and nothing is on it. She said the bank statement was not good enough proof that I didn't recieve it and wants me to pay 610.00.

This sounds more like a fraud case. I would not pay anything unless you can verify you really owe it.
