More details to this question:
HOA came to my residence regarding an outstanding HOA special assessment payment. I was not home. The President proceeded to give details to my tenant regarding the delinquency. Did she violate my privacy by speaking of my personal matters to someone other than myself and to someone other than the actual owner of the home (me)?
