Asked on Aug 13th, 2013 on Debtor and Creditor - Florida
More details to this question:
I own a car which is paid off. I owe $13K to a credit card company and they put my debt in the hand of a Lawyer who sent the papers to the judicial circuit court and the Judge ordered me to pay the debt. My question is: can these lawyers be able to repossessed my car (the title is in my name) due to this debt?
