QUESTION

Someone owns me money, How can I get it back?

Asked on Mar 31st, 2014 on Debtor and Creditor - Florida
More details to this question:
Someone owns me a fairly large amount of money, but the person who owns me has blocked my number. And every time we go to her house she "isn't home". The money I gave her was 8 years ago. And there was also no signed document of her recieving the money. And the money was also given to her in cash. I thought we were friends so I thought I can trust her. But obviously that's not the case. I need the money more then ever now. Is there anything I can do to get it back like file a law suit?

You should stop what you are doing immediately before she ends up suing you! Its sounds as if your agreement is unenforceable since you did not file a lawsuit long ago, and are likely barred by the statute of limitations.
