More details to this question:
Good morning, I received a subpoena for deposition duces tecum in aid of execution, i got it last Saturday to appear on Plaintiff's attorney office on 10/25/13. I am filing a request of production but i am worry about the date of deposition. If I file the request for production does that stop the date for deposition from happening or do i have to file a motion to extend time? Thank you,

You really need to hire an attorney before you make mistakes that could be very costly. For example, you likely have no abilityto a request for production as the case is over, you lost, and the judgment is against you. At this point YOU have to give up the information requested, not the other side. If mean request for PROTECTION, or a motion for protective order, you wil likely have to file one and have it ruled on by the court PRIOR to depo date or risk contempt if you now show.
