QUESTION

Utilizing someone's bank account to process payments made to Me

More details to this question:
I am Going to try to explain this as clearly as I can & try to keep it brief... I have unpaid debts & cannot open an account (savings or checking) without the concern of My Money being seized. I have been out of work for an extended period of time (due to medical issues as well as issues finding suitable work). I want to get back on track & begin making money & setting up reasonable payment plans to pay down my debt. ( I do Not receive government benefits ) I have sustained by Help through Family & Friends. I have found potential telecommute work & need to utilize an account for direct deposits to be made into; as this would be the way in which I would receive payment for assignments completed. I am considering (with assistance from My Daughter~She's 19) opening an online savings account in Her Name for this purpose. I want to make sure that this will not cause any issues . Is there any way in which this could negatively affect My Daughter or Myself? I'm anxious to Begin working & get My Life back on track, while I feel I've found the answer for Me to obtain gainful employment (that I can manage even with My medical issues) I do not want to cause any problems for My Daughter by utilizing an account in Her name. Please , I could Really use Your advice on this matter.
