vehicle repo

More details to this question:
If my car is about to be repoed, and I'm thinking of filing for bankruptcy chap.7, would it be wise for me to voluntarily turn in my vehicle or have them come get it? . should I sign a voluntary repo form that the bank want me to sign? ?and if I decide to go bankrupt,can I keep the vehicle?

I think that it would be better for you to turn back the vehicle.    You have more certainty; the possilibility of violence is lessened; and, you can remove your personal property from the vehicle in an orderly fashion.
