Wages get paid from employers out of state office

More details to this question:
I am protected from wage garnishment in my state using Head of Household status but my employer's checks are from an out of state office that does not recognized Head of Household. How can I stop a potential garnishment of my wages if they get garnished at the state my employer's main national office is?
