QUESTION

What can I do about a company calling me.

Asked on May 02nd, 2017 on Debtor and Creditor - Florida
More details to this question:
This company over charged me for services. When I received a call from the Billing department for payment, I told them the amount was wrong. They told me to contact customer service. I called customer service and they stated they took care of the issue. Kept receiving calls for payment that was incorrect. Received a new bill with still the wrong amount. Went to the company's office this past Saturday and got the issue resolve. (so I thought) Recieved an automated voicemail to call the company back. Told them my bill is now current and the reps response was there is a outstanding amount of $35 on the account. Is there anything I can do?

Possibly - this may be a collections violation case but this will revolve around whether the debt claimed is in fact accurate.
