what can i do to stop my creditors?

More details to this question:
A creditor was granted a judgement against me last June,now they sent me a letter asking me some personal information,i want to know what can i do to prevent them from  taking money from my paycheck.

You may defenses against garnishment which is how they take the money out, but these limited defenses. Other than trying to overturn the judgment, the creditor has a greater right to get information from you so they can take things from you to sell, etc to pay the judgment than you have in disclosing the information to stop it.
