What do i do? I co-signed for someone.

More details to this question:
I co-signed for a loan for my "friend" and he hasnt payed on time once in two years and now lost his job. Also the vehicle was stolen and he never got the title from the owner. I have made multiple payments for him and he hasnt paid anything back to me. Would small claims court work for me?

Possibly, but only to the extent that he actually has money to pay any judgment yo umay get. In the meantime, you still owe the creditor and should consider paying them to avoid bad credit or lawsuit against you.
