I put up the 50,000 down payment on the house , the mortgage is in his name because I couldn't get a mortgage, In the real estate office, he signed a piece of paper in front of a notary that when my divorce is final, my name goes on the deed. He is now threatening me. besides the down payment. I have been putting 300 per week into the house for years and my mother moved in and added another 350per month, what type of lawyer do I need to see. I am not going to lose my house
